👉 ROOMS:

  • Smart TV (streaming variant without TV cable, guests use their own subscriptions).

  BATHROOMS:

– cleaning/hygiene products: Hygienol surfaces, alcohol, toilet tank freshener, mops+small buckets; liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, wet paper, ear sticks.

  – mat, trash can, sponges+cloths for shoes (under the guise of a sink).   

!!! The towels in the rooms are NOT rags, they are STRICTLY for body use!!!

 There are washcloths in EVERY bathroom (sink mask).

"IGIENOL surfaces" is the most effective disinfectant (bathroom, toilet bowls, sinks, shower cabins, kitchen) and is available in every bathroom and kitchen. 

  We strongly ask you, DO NOT use other own chemical products, which destroy our furniture pieces!!!

    KITCHEN: 

  • classic stove (no oven), 2 refrigerators, microwave oven, coffee filter (coffee, coffee filters, teas, sugar and spices, provided by the house = FREE), kettle, toaster, tableware (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups etc.).
     
  • dish sponges, cloth, dish detergent, stove/surface cleaning detergent solution, liquid soap (for people allergic to dish detergent), hand towel, paper towel roll, hand disinfectant, Hygienol surfaces.
  • mop+bucket, broom+sweep, trash can, cleaning bags (60 liters) in a drawer.
  • indoor slippers (slippers).

  TERRACE (smoking area): tables, chairs, ashtrays, ashtray-basket, broom+dustpan+mop, 3 SEPARATE trash cans, as follows: 1 household waste bin, 1 RECYCLABLE waste bin and 1 GLASS bin.

  turret: round table with 12 chairs, ashtrays, Igienol surfaces + dish sponges + mop + dish detergent + liquid soap, broom + dustpan, 3 SEPARATE garbage cans, as follows: 1 for household waste, 1 for RECYCLABLE waste and 1 for GLASS. Wood for lighting the grill fire (to prepare the grill you need to have coals).

   hall: panel with useful/essential information = Wi-Fi network+password, owner phone numbers (you can call at any time, in case of emergency), Check-In/Check-Out hours, Classification certificate.

‼️ There is NO garlic press and no cauldron.

‼️‼️ NO smoking inside (according to displayed signs)!!!

✅ Heat and hot water are provided (general water heater).

✅ The location is given "turnkey" when it is fully rented = the group receives the key to the entrance (floor), there are no other tourists staying, no one has access to the rented space.
