DETAILS (no "surprises" on the spot), information matters:
❤️ The total area of 8000 square meters (including a small forested area of deciduous trees), and in winter, the slope for sanius/derdelus on our land.
❤️ Panorama / view towards the Piatra Craiului mountains and the Bucegi mountains.
❤️ 4 rooms on the FLOOR: 1 triple with private bathroom, 3 doubles with private bathroom + 1 additional bed-folding armchair.
Total capacity = 9-10 people (adults and children).
❗ On request, 1 additional room (double).
❗ On weekends/holidays, only full rental, with some exceptions.
Self-catering / Self-catering (all products/objects necessary for cleaning and disinfection are provided).
On the ground floor, with TOTALLY SEPARATE entrances, the (discreet) owners live.
❤️ The hall (34 sqm) or the kitchen (25 sqm) can be used instead of the living room.
❤️ Kitchen for tourists (upstairs) fully furnished and equipped, with dining area.
❤️ Extra large beds (1.80 m wide), room sizes 15 - 20 sqm/room.
❤️ Gazebo closed with tarpaulin.
❤️ Built and covered barbecue, with sink usable only in summer (we only provide wood for lighting the fire).
❤️ Children's swing and swings.
❤️ Large yard for picnics and walks, without pool/garden.
❤️ Wi-Fi (very good signal) and free parking.
❤️ Smart TV (streaming variant, without TV cable).
🗺️ Location - Drumul Carului village, between Moieciu de Jos and Fundata (6 km) ➡️ villa Nona Highland Home (MT Accredited/classification 2 stars).
💚 The famous Bran Castle is only 10 minutes away by car.
💚 Easy access to the property, being located on the European road E574, on the Rucar - Bran corridor.
💚 Easy access to public transport, the station being opposite the property.
💚 Regarding domestic animals (liked by children), we have cats, 2 large puppies and 1 large puppy, very sociable (free in the yard ONLY at the request of the guests).
💚 All categories of pets are accepted (pet friendly), including dogs of any size, with responsible owners. Fenced yard 3000 (three thousand) square meters.
✅ The location is given "turnkey" when it is fully rented = the group receives the key to the entrance (floor), there are no other tourists staying, no one has access to the rented space.
The advance of 30% from the full amount (the invoice is issued) is NOT lost, but the stay is rescheduled, by mutual agreement. The ADVANCEMENT is lost (non-refundable) ONLY in case of cancellation at least 3 days before the date of entry/check-in or in case of no-show at the accommodation/No-show. For the holidays, ADVANCE 50% and cancellation period 30 days (for rescheduling).
IMPORTANT:
!!! Tourists who cause MATERIAL DAMAGE will bear the cost of the respective damages (including damages caused by CHILDREN and/or pets).
!!! Firecrackers and/or fireworks are NOT accepted (being a pet friendly location)!!!
!!! Not being an accommodation unit for the pretentious, you will find neither luxury nor perfection, but only cleanliness and privacy.
