DEFINITION OF TERMS
NONA HIGHLAND HOME – is the commercial name of NONA HIGHLAND HOME SRL, the company that operates the website https://nonahighland.ro/, registered in the Trade Register under no.
J8/374/2020, having unique fiscal registration code 42284013.
Seller – NONA HIGHLAND HOME SRL, under the name NONA HIGHLAND HOME.
Buyer/Client – natural or legal person who makes an order (reservation).
User - any natural or legal person, who, by completing the order process (booking), has agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this website.
Site - nonahighland.ro domain, as well as its subdomains.
Order (reservation) – an electronic document through which the buyer transmits to the seller, through the website, his desire to purchase accommodation services.
FINAL reservation (via e-mail) – a message written by e-mail, together with the related invoice, through which the seller sends the buyer, via e-mail, the price offer and the period of the accommodation services.

1. ONLINE SALE
1.1 By registering an online order, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (telephone and e-mail), through which the Seller conducts its commercial operations.
1.2 The notification received by the Buyer, after placing an order, has an informative role and does not represent acceptance of the order. The notification is made by e-mail. For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to modify the services, and will notify the Buyer via e-mail about this.
1.3 In the case of an online payment, the amount paid is not refunded, but the stay is rescheduled, by mutual agreement, within the limits of the available places and dates of the NONA HIGHLAND HOME accommodation unit. The amount paid is lost (the stay is not rescheduled) if the tourist/client cancels the reservation at least 3 days before the date of entry/check-in for reservations during the year and at least 30 days before the date of entry/check-in for holiday reservations (Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve) and/or in case of no-show at the accommodation/No-show.
1.4 The order (reservation) is considered completed between the Seller and the Buyer, when the Buyer receives an sms/e-mail that his order (reservation) has been accepted.
1.5 Access to place an order is allowed to any Customer/Buyer. For justified reasons, NONA HIGHLAND HOME reserves the right to restrict a Buyer's access to certain payment methods, in the event that, through his actions or his activity, NONA HIGHLAND HOME could/has been harmed in any way.
1.6 For justified reasons, the Seller can refuse the order (reservation) of a Buyer, if based on the behavior or activity of the Client/Buyer, his/her actions could harm/have harmed NONA HIGHLAND HOME in any way.
1.7 The details of the reservation will be sent to the customer, by e-mail, before the online payment of the advance is made. Thus, knowing in advance all the details, the client will decide whether to accept the reservation by paying the advance online. Within a maximum of 24 hours from the payment of the advance, the client will be informed by e-mail that his Reservation is confirmed and secured.
2.1 Site Administrator https://nonahighland.ro/ reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time, without prior notification to the people who use it. Buyers/Clients will have permanent access to the terms and conditions of use of the services, to be able to consult them at any time.
2.2 By using the website https://nonahighland.ro/ The Customer/Buyer agrees that Romanian laws will govern the Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the Seller and the Customer/Buyer. In the event of any conflicts, an amicable solution will be tried first, and if an amicable solution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in court, at the headquarters of NONA HIGHLAND HOME SRL, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.
2.3 The seller reserves the right to modify the structure and interface of any page or subpage of the site https://nonahighland.ro/ at any moment and at any chosen time interval, having the right to temporarily or permanently, partially or totally interrupt the services made available to the public through this website without any prior individual or general notification.
2.4 The seller does not assume responsibility for any technical editing mistakes.
2.5 By confirming the Reservation and paying the advance, the following RULES/INTERNAL POLICIES are accepted:
1) Please read the reservation and the invoices issued by the accommodation unit in full and carefully.
2) Please respect the accommodation schedule:
ENTRY/Check-In hours: 15.00 – 23.00.
Check-out time: 05.00 – 11.00.
3) According to the legal obligations, on the day of arrival at the accommodation unit, the Accommodation Form and the GDPR Agreement will be drawn up and signed.
4) In the rooms, smart TV (streaming variant, without TV cable, using the customers' own subscriptions).
5) It is NOT possible to reduce the number of rooms and/or nights, nor to accommodate more people (adults and/or children) than the number specified in the reservation.
6) CANCELLATION Conditions:
The advance and/or the amounts paid are not refunded in any case, but the stay can be rescheduled at any time, by mutual agreement, within the limits of the available places and dates of the accommodation unit. They are lost (the stay cannot be rescheduled) ONLY in case of cancellation of the reservation at least 3 days during the year and 30 days of holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Year) before the date of entry/check-in and/or in case of no-show at the accommodation/No -show. For any other details, please do not hesitate to contact us. After receiving the advance within 24 hours of sending the reservation by e-mail, we will secure the rooms in the reservation. In case of exceeding the deadline for payment of the advance, the reservation is cancelled.
7) Tourists who cause MATERIAL DAMAGE will bear the cost of the respective damages (including damages caused by CHILDREN and/or pets).
8) Firecrackers and/or fireworks are NOT accepted (being a pet friendly location)! Pets sleep in the room and in the bed.
3.1 The content of this website, including but not limited to logos, static and dynamic images, stylistic representations, commercial symbols, text and/or multimedia content, are the exclusive property of NONA HIGHLAND HOME, to which all rights are reserved.
3.2 The Client/Buyer is not allowed to copy, publish, transfer to parties, distribute, modify and/or alter, use any Content of this site.
4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
4.1. All the data that the Client/Buyer provides, benefits from processing only for the purpose of providing optimal conditions for the services associated with the site https://nonahighland.ro/.
4.2. By using this site, the Customer/Buyer agrees to the privacy policy!
